In 1996 Tiefschwarz was created and they began working together with acclaimed producer Peter Hoff in Stuttgart. After a few remixes, their first single "Music" was released in 1998 on Benztown and "Wave Music" NY. The success of the single motivated Tiefschwarz to record their debut album "Ral 9005" which came out on Four Music in 2000. "Ral 9005" was then seized upon by Derrick Carter & Luke Solomon for their Classic Recordings label in the UK in 2002. The album and the subsequent 4 singles (Thru a Little Window, Hello Again, Never, Nix) were received enthusiastically by both the English and international press, not to mention a growing fan base of music aficionados.
In 2002 Classic also released Ali & Basti's mix album "A Little Help For Your Friends" and their DJing career reached new heights with tours in Australia, the USA as well as gigs as far afield as Brazil and Russia
2003 saw the brothers up sticks and move to the creative capital of Berlin where they set up a new studio along with new producer & friend, Jochen Schmalbach. Continuing their burgeoning career as remixers (with previous greats such as their reworks of Masters at Work, Ultra Naté, Boogie Solitaire, Freaks, Isolee, Groove Armada) Ali and Basti went on to remix the likes of The Rapture, Cassius, Spektrum, Micatone, Lost & Alive, Lopazz, Osunlade, Minimal Compact, Trüby Trio, DJ Hell, Kelis, and Missy Elliott.
Their last single on Classic; "Nix" was the grand finale to a very special relationship and from there they joined and helped create 'Fine Records' in London (a division of Four Music, their former label in Germany). The first single was 'Ghost Track' accompanied by a Black Strobe remix followed by their fantastic 'Misch Masch' album which not only showcased their talent as DJs but also their remixing prowess on a double CD release.
The majority of 2004 and 2005 was spent juggling a high profile DJing career, whilst writing and producing their second and long awaited album 'Eat Books'. The first single from the album 'Isst was released in 2005 and was voted one of the best singles of the year by Trax and DJ magazine. After that came 'Wait and See' with vocals by Chikinki, Morning Siren' with vocals by Matt B.Safer from the Rapture followed by 'Fly' with a Steve Bug remix and then 'Damage' with Tracey Thorn and accompanied by a brilliant Mandy remix.
2006 was a big year for remixes, amongst other things. Three high profile mixes of Depeche Mode 'John The Revelator', Madonna's 'Get Together', Roxy Music's 'Rain Rain Rain' and Booka Shade's 'Darko'. Additionally, they released 2 mix albums - one for the outstanding Fabric series and the other in conjunction with the Time Warp festival in Germany.
2006 was also the year that Tiefschwarz began their own label - SOUVENIR. The project that Ali & Basti had excitedly planned for years with old friend Arthur Velasquez, finally came to fruition. The first release of course was a Tiefschwarz track called 'Hey', under a different moniker of 'Ichundu' which prompted fellow DJs and the press to conclude that Tiefschwarz were once again at the top of their league. The label has also carved itself a definitive position in the dance record industry of today by offering a continuous release of stand out tracks from artists such as Phonique, Riton, Tom Mangan, Ziggy Kinder, Ruede Hagelstein and The Psychonauts.

SETH TROXLER
Through a leaking bodily cavity resembling the pork found in Chinese restaurants, Satan shat out a crystal beaming with glowing red embers. This crystal matured into the fetus of Seth Troxler. Seth was placed on earth as a weeping fetus, the sound of inevitability. As he grew, his ancestral roots took on a magnetic channeling power, more than his feeble mind could ever consciously fathom. As a result, he became capable of creating some of the world's finest and most intuitive dance cuts, including releases and remixes on Spectral, Wagon Repair, Crosstown Rebels, M_nus, Bpitch Control, Circus Company, Items and Thing, Raum... Musik, FXHE, Esperanza, Leftroom,Adults Only and Beretta Grey. His music has been featured on Audions Fabric mix, The Circo Loco 10 comp mixed by Arpiar, and Matthew Dears new Get Physical compilation.
Seth's DJ career started in Detroit in 2002 at the age of 16 as a frequent Dj at Detroit club The Works and as a clerk at Detroit's famous Melodies and Memories record store. With these experiences Seth gained a preternatural understanding of rave, and dance music history, that now allows him to conjours up mixes and tracks like Botticelli conjoured his Venus. He has played many outstanding international gigs, notably Fabric, Tenax, MUTEK, , Panorama Bar, Watergate, Robert Johnson, Detroit Electroinc Music Festival, The Rex, Fuse, Avalon and The End Up. As well as being a resident at Berlin's legendary Club der Visionäre. Seth is also a bi monthly party host, and resident DJ at Berlin Weekend Club, and Cityfox's new club Alte Borse in Zurich, w/ friends Ryan Crosson and Shaun Reeves. Before relocating to Berlin he was also a key conceptual force behind America's "Tesh Club" parties with partners in crime Ryan Crosson and Lee Curtiss. Under the name Visionquest, they have hosted the annual "Need is Say More" (old miami) party which has become DEMF's most anticipated after hours since it's conception 2006.
His influences include the chirping of crickets, the whirring of space ships, and the sweet sounds of whistling voodoo magic. However, Seth draws the majority of his inspiration from Robert Downey Jr., and the idea of releasing the shackles that bind Downey so he can finally do heroin in peace. ALEXANDER TECHNIQUE
In many ways, DJs Are Not Rockstars reflects Technique’s non-uniform approach towards music, encompassing some of the world’s most renowned producers along side new blooded electronic artists under one umbrella, all producing various genres of dance music. This up-and-coming label is off to an outstanding start with releases featuring the talents of Sia, Lauren Flax, Junior Sanchez, Felix Da Housecat, Larry Tee, Mom & Dad, Harvard Bass and Brazil's Killer On The Dancefloor . DJ Alexander Technique has recently been focusing on his own productions & also currently in the studio with Junior Sanchez & Harry "Choo Choo" Romero, working on reinvigorating the 90’s rave mentality in their music. Also in the works are some harder sounding disco tracks that will shake things up.
We must of course recall that all of Technique’s ingenuity stems from the accumulated years of experience and hard work. His past reveals him to be one of the most knowledgeable and experienced artists in today’s electronic music scene. DJ Alexander Technique was once known for being one of the pioneer DJs that mixed rock with rap, electro, techno, and house to create a wild collage of everything people wanted to hear on the dancefloor. Although today this format might seem quite familiar, in the 90’s the idea of DJs mashing genres together in a set was revolutionary. Finally, Technique brings a raw energy and talent to the stage that is guaranteed to turn crowds upside-down and leave them wanting more.
DIRTY DISCO YOUTH
Being hyped as the new “Wunderkind” gigs at the big electro events and interviews at radio and tv stations followed, as well as positive articles and features in several magazines. A Mexican mag even awarded him the “best new talent 2007″.
Soon he became a heavily requested remixer for indie labels like Great Stuff, King Kong Rec., Dim Mak, Coco Machete as well as major labels and with only 19 years he did already more official remixes than most other remixer in their entire life. Dirty Disco Youthtracks are being supported by big names as The Bloody Beetroots, Benni Benassi, Joachim Garraud, Boys Noize, Herve, Fake Blood, Ed Banger Djs, Mustard Pimp, Gigi Barocco, Sharam Jey, Tommie Sunshine, Fukkk Offf, Streetlife Djs, Kap10Kurt, Malente, Annie Mac and many more. Dim Mak boss and superstar deejay Steve Aoki was one of the first fans of Dirty Disco Youth´s production talent and now signed his Off EP to his super hip label, which is probably the biggest electro indie label right now with famous acts like MSTRKRFT, Bloody Beetroots, Bloc Party, The Gossip and many more. The EP features a massive set of mad mixes by Fukkk Offf and the much loved StereoHeroes from France plus a cool breaks version by label mateMustard Pimp. Currently in the studio producing the upcoming Chicks On Speed album, a second EP for Dim Mak and his own longplayer being planned for end of the year, we will hear a lot more from Phils alter ego for sure.

They first met roaming the record shops of Manchester over 10 years ago and have since become good friends. They joined forces to produce music in the studio in late 2008. Their drive & desire to be involved in music has progressed them to the level they're at today, with their own distinctive sound and style which has proven to be a big hit on dancefloors the world over .
2009 was a milestone year for the pair which saw the ThreeSixty name rise with many chart entries and their remixes of the No. 1 Beatport smash 'You Might Hear Nothing' by Slovenian Techno giant Umek and Chris Special's 'Vibrations' which gained wide acclaim.
The duo have had releases on Toolroom, Dataworx, Soulman Music, Binary 404, Intoxicate Digital, Solarscape Music, Kompressor, Stereo Productions, Forensic, and forthcoming 2010 material for Baroque, Mar186, Harem Records, Whartone, Hotbox Digital, Sydney Blu's Blu Music and Funkagenda's new Funk Farm imprint . Their productions since joining forces have caught the attentions and been gaining support of some of the biggest artists worldwide. The likes of Funkagenda, Carl Cox, Pete Tong, Fedde Le Grande, Funkerman, John Aquaviva, Mark Knight, Dataworx, Umek, and Eric Entrena to name but a few.
The aforementioned Funkagenda recently named them amongst his 'Ones to Watch' in Britain's Next Generation of Dance Stars on Beatportal and licensed two of their tracks to his 'Toolroom Knights' Compilation. They've also recently remixed his forthcoming hit 'Astana'.
As well as a license to Fedde Le Grand & Funkerman's awesome 'Flamingo Nights volume one', they've written an exclusive track for Toolroom Record's Sonny Wharton and his 'Exploring… UK' compilation released on the much acclaimed Baroque Records.
